if the first step didn’t work out

Use the app features to submit your case to an ADR body. Once approved, use your unique case number & your email to connect to the mediation room where the appointed mediator will be discussing separately with you & the trader. The process ends when both consumer & trader agree on the final solution proposal send to them by the mediator. Everything is done by just using your smartphone app!
